About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the General Manager (GM) of Beon in the capacity of Executive Assistant/Office Manager, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our business. The successful candidate will be stakeholder and customer focussed, with highly developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. In addition to day-to-day administrative support, the role will also support the wider business in the areas of event management, marketing support and facilities coordination.
What you’ll deliver:
- Provide effective executive support to the GM by managing GM inbox and correspondence, including emails and all business wide communications.
- Assist with GM calendar management, including arranging meetings, travel activities and bookings.
- Plan and organise workshops, conferences, functions on request, and negotiate costs to ensure compliance with company policies and budget.
- Manage Beon’s team recognition processes, including employee engagement activities and service awards.
- Actively support Beon’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) activities, including the management of Beon’s online presence (website, social media), with an emphasis on showcasing us as an employer of choice.
- Act as the central point of contact for Beon property and facilities matters.
- Manage invoicing and expense claims.
- Assist with projects as required through general support, administration and coordination.
To succeed in the role you’ll have:
- Substantial equivalent experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a focus on supporting a broad range of stakeholders.
- Advanced administration and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Previous experience in providing support to projects.
- The ability to draft clear and concise communications.
- A resourceful nature, with the ability to manage complexity.
- A proactive attitude and highly developed interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and other IT systems.
- Previous marketing experience would also be advantageous.
