Our team is growing and we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and community minded professional to join our team.
An exciting opportunity awaits for an Executive Assistant role, where you will provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy CEO and Executive team. Ideal for those with executive support experience, particularly in Community Services or the public sector.
In this role, you will navigate a sensitive environment with confidence, influencing and communicating positively across the organization. Your meticulous organizational skills will shine as you juggle complex priorities, managing inboxes, assisting with meeting preparation, and drafting correspondence for the Executive Team, supporting events and working collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
About you
As an Executive Assistant, you will need to showcase a high level of initiative, prioritizing issues effectively, ensuring compliance, and managing diaries and emails. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, writing minutes, and offering seamless administrative support to the Executive Team. You will need to learn Cafs board reporting framework to support the Board on occasion, this might include Board and Committee support. Effective communication is key for maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Our successful candidates will hold the below skills and attributes:
- Relevant degree/qualification in Business Administration (desired)
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, and or senior administration role (Highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency with Technology (Mandatory)
- Strong and authentic interpersonal skills with experience working with a range of stakeholders.
