Our clients stand alone venue operates Monday to Friday for regular trade, and is occasionally used for private events 7 days a week.
The business mostly attracts corporate clientele, offering multiple food, and beverage options to people who are looking for a relaxed breakfast or lunch, straight through to event spaces that cater for small conferences, product launches, corporate events, and community gatherings.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, the Executive Chef will need to understand that quality dishes can be delivered in various ways - some menus for the business are uncomplicated yet delivered to excellent standards, and others have a creative license to push boundaries.

The candidate
- 2+ years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef working in a premium dining operation
- Skilled and experienced in cost control and menu design
- Ability to manage a simple roster system, in line with budget goals
- Strong leadership and training skills, someone who is able to coach and guide teams through regular menu change
- Banquets/events experience is essential
