This newly created role provides executive leadership to drive transformational change and structural reform to improve delivery of Aboriginal outcomes across planning, local government, lands and property. The role leads and directs evidence-based strategy and Policy and ensures the cohesive delivery of the Department’s targets under the National Agreement on Closing the Gap (CTG). This role will report directly to the Secretary and form an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team.
About You
We need a leader with extensive experience in leading and implementing major organisational projects, significant transformational change, and government reform.
A strong understanding of contemporary issues within Aboriginal Communities in relation to land claims and land management.
Superior skills in project and change management and capacity to progress cultural change.
Extensive experience in leading teams through complex and dynamic environments and managing diverse stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
