We are currently seeking a Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our dynamic Team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is suitable for a hands-on and people focused professional who enjoys leading, empowering, developing and motivating a team to succeed.
In this role you will need to use your strong time management and organisational skills to plan and coordinate all housekeeping tasks and activities. The role will require you to possess a strong understanding work manual handling techniques and safe work practises.
To be successful in this role you will require extensive experience in a similar role within the hotel sector. You will also require strong people management skills with comprehensive computer skills to support your administrative tasks and reporting.
You will need to be energetic and flexible in your approach with strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for details to oversee the housekeeping operation. As a skilled and driven problem solver you will need to ensure to adopt a creative approach to overcoming any situation. Having worked in a similar role previously, you would have developed an incredible leadership style that encourages your team to be guest obsessed and ensures that all standards and expectations as well as productivity targets are met.
