Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facility
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
- Develop and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that housekeeping needs are met, including special requests and events
- Manage budgets and expenses related to housekeeping operations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus
