We are currently seeking a full time Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for supervising all housekeeping employees at property, train new employees, monitor the housekeeping roster, and manage the performance and conduct of the housekeeping team. In addition to supervising the team you will organise inventories for guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen. You will have previous experience in the management of apartment cleaning, the ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and enjoy the challenges of the hospitality industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the property
- Ensure that apartments/rooms are made as per company standards
- Report any maintenance issues discovered in apartment inspections
- Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen
- Apply human resource management skills, such as training, rostering and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement operating procedures and standards
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping teams
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
- Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a timings/budget
- Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained
- Promptly attending and resolving guest complaints
- Handle administrative tasks - linen/guest supply ordering
Work Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous managerial experience in apartment cleaning is a must
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
