Our well-known Perth based client is looking for an Executive Manager with WA Government or Heath industry experience to join their growing team on an initial 6 month contract + possible extensions. The selected candidate will be a team player and bring excellent leadership, problem-solving, influential, continuous improvement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities/Skills include some of the following:
- Solid experience in the management and delivery of high-level executive support services.
- Experience leading a small team of executive support officers and the ability to work across a large portfolio.
- Ability to prepare important documentation and reports for strategic meetings.
- Good project management and business process improvement understanding.
- Understanding of HR and finance processes within WA Government.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and present to executive stakeholders.
- Multitasker and highly organized.
- Adaptable and picks up new things quickly.
- Research skills and provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding and performance of team.
