Executive Manager Corporate Services

As the Executive Manager Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the strategic leadership, financial sustainability, and operational excellence of this highly regarded not-for-profit organisation. You will oversee all financial aspects and provide strategic guidance and leadership to the finance, procurement, and information technology teams.

Your expertise will assist in navigating financial challenges and seizing opportunities for growth, allowing continued delivery of their mission with impact and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the mission and goals.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly financial forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, board members, committees and regulatory authorities.
• Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will possess CPA/CA qualifications, a strong technical background, and experience within core finance functions, together with a track record of strategic financial leadership. Importantly, you will also be able to lead a diverse team and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work across/partner with the entire organisation 
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic leadership style
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
