Join a growing organisation in the community services sector as their Executive Manager of People & Culture (EMP&C). As the EMP&C, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of effective human resource strategies and policies to support the organisation's goals and objectives. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Your new role
Based in the Northern Suburbs, this organisation is seeking a capable and motivated EMP&C to lead the human resources team. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance and operational support to senior managers, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and promoting a high-performing organisational culture. Your expertise will contribute to the recruitment, development, and engagement of a talented workforce, fostering an environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee well-being. This is a hands-on role that also sits as a key member of the Executive.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on experience who enjoys working with processes. You’ll have knowledge and practical application of contemporary HR practices and strategies. Having led a small team previously, you’ll have excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills which will enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are important in this role. The organisation is looking for individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and reliable. Your commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture will be highly valued.
