Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to join the ALDI National Safety team as an Executive Manager has become available, based in Stapylton, QLD. This is a permanent full-time position.
The Executive Manager will utilise their strong leadership skills and their passion and knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) to support and lead a team of talented WHS professionals within the Stapylton region.
What does the role involve?
- Provide leadership and development of a team of Safety and Injury Management professionals
- Work collaboratively with the National Safety team to assist in the design, planning and development of the National WHS strategy
- Provide advice to internal and external parties on WHS & Injury Management matters, policies and procedures to minimise work related hazards, incidents and accidents
- Support the implementation of all internal controls, policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring standardisation and consistency across the business
- Provide reporting on trends, costs, duration and other key performance indicators to the business
- Participate in audits and inspections to monitor compliance

Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large commercial organisation (FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing) advantageous
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering WHS and Injury Management policies, guidelines and procedures
- End-to end Project Management experience with overseeing projects from conception to implementation
- A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement
- A clear, impactful communicator who informs, inspires, motivates and influences others to drive team success
- An inclusive collaborator who actively consults, resolves conflict as it arises and appreciates alternative perspectives and opinions
