MADYAY Recruitment is partnering with a wonderful Not-for-profit organisation. Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Officer to start immediately for a 3-month temp contract with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work fulltime hours, and the client does offer a great hybrid working model with 4 days work from home and one day working in their office, withing the heart of Melbourne CBD. You will be required to work a full week in the office when you start for training and handover. The pay rate for this role will be $55 per hour + Super.
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Training and Education this role is to effectively administer the delivery of the programs they execute, and support the Manager and Department Heads with a number of clerical activities to support the smooth running of the department.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Provide Executive level administrative support
- Organise meetings, conferences, seminars – mainly virtual
- Assist with Board papers when required and collating information
- Maintain accurate records and work closely with the training team to assist with various training adhoc duties like; setting up induction manuals to be sent, keeping attendance records, managing trainee requests etc…
- Accurately report data and information required to the Manager when required
- Assist putting presentations together
