Full Time Position
The Northern Mallee Local Learning & Employment Network (NMLLEN) is seeking an experienced Executive Officer for a dynamic and diverse leadership role. NMLLEN operates in the Mildura Rural City Council and Robinvale regions to improve outcomes in education, training and employment outcomes for young people.
The prime focus of this role is to enable the Board and the organisation to achieve its mission and strategic objectives. In particular to effectively lead, manage and guide a not-for-profit organisation, including the requirements of funding bodies, members, staff and project partners to ensure NMLLEN's capacity to achieve its goals and contractual requirements, within sound financial practice.

- Manage and deliver on pertinent information and opportunities
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships
- Engage effectively and persuasively with stakeholders
- Demonstrate drive and integrity through a strong commitment to actions
- Hold an appropriate higher education qualification with proven senior management experience
- Demonstrate ability in results focussed leadership and management
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
