Reporting directly to the Department Head, this role will be varied and busy, allowing you to provide excellent administration support to the Property Management team including follow-up with marketing/advertising of properties, diary & website management, open homes, liaising with suppliers & tradespeople, general ad hoc duties, preparing leases and always providing six-star service.
To be successful in this position you will ideally have previous Real Estate experience, strong communication skills, and outstanding administration experience and be immaculately presented.
PLUS - Salary Negotiable on experience, Stunning Modern Offices, phone provided, car and Cert of Reg is essential - it should be noted that advanced computer skills are needed for this great new role.
This role is Monday - Friday - No weekends required.
