About the role
As a Project Coordinator, Natural Resource Management/ Sustainable Agriculture, you will play a critical role in coordinating the delivery of Environmental Protection, Sustainable Agriculture, and Natural Resource Management Services for Greater Sydney LLS under the Australian Government’s Regional Delivery Partner Program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the financial management of multiple projects.
- Coordinating and delivering contractual compliance, project design, stakeholder engagement, governance, and relationship management.
- Facilitating planning, reporting, and timely updates of project statuses.
- Collaborating with project management staff, the MERI Officer, and the Cultural Broker to support and enhance team efforts.
- Working closely with various LLS Business Units and contributing to state-wide working groups and communities of practice.
About You
You are a dynamic individual with robust experience in financial and project management. Your skills in relationship management and cross-functional liaison are top-notch, enabling effective coordination of regional delivery partner obligations under the Commonwealth Deed of Standing Offer for Environmental Protection, Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resource Management Services.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Strong analytical and financial/data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated organisational and record keeping skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry knowledge and experience.
- Experience in NRM or agricultural project delivery (preferred).
- Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel.
- Preparedness to undergo police checks and medical clearance as required.
