Our client is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to oversee their Waste Contract, responsible for managing day-to-day waste operations, addressing concerns, conducting audits, and tracking Service Level Measurements (SLMs).
In this role, you will be effectively engaging stakeholders, as you'll be responding to requests and ensuring smooth operations. The suitable candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders to enhance sustainability efforts and meet targets along with researching waste recycling solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement processes improving source separation and introducing recycling initiatives to meet operational targets. Additionally, the role involves ensuring accurate reporting by collaborating with stakeholders across divisions, identifying areas for process improvement, and working to implement enhancements. Furthermore, the Coordinator will support various sustainability projects beyond waste management, collaborating with the Sustainability Infrastructure team to achieve the sustainability goals.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' cumulative experience in Australia's Waste industry; strong business support background - working with data, high attention to detail and compiling presentations and highly developed skills and prior experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
