We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong knowledge of exercise physiology and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness and health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with a challenging and diverse caseload
Conducting assessments of clients to determine their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns.
Designing and implementing individualized exercise programs based on clients' needs, goals, and abilities.
Monitoring and adjusting exercise programs as needed to ensure progress and prevent injury.
Providing ongoing education and support to clients to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field.
Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
