EXPERIENCE DESIGNER
FULL-TIME - CROWN MELBOURNE
The Experience Designer will work closely with the Head of Customer Experience and be responsible for the design, validation, and execution of customer experiences, working across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. This role will be required to work with key stakeholders across the business to develop a deep understanding of Crown customers, validated by data, analytics, and insight. This role will then assist the business in delivering a ‘best in class’s customer experience across all Crown properties.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
• Clear articulation of the target market opportunity
• Creation of single minded, compelling customer insights to drive strategic development
• Facilitation of ideation workshops for marketing teams
• Opportunity hypothesis identification with stakeholders
• Build out of analysis & research questions
• Opportunity analysis (market segmentation, opportunity profiling & sizing)
• Working with data analytics and research teams as part of the above
• Responsible for the design, validation and execution of customer experiences, working across multiple premium locations across Australia.
• Help develop new tools kits to help all aspects of the strategy build process – insight generation, innovation workshop processes, strategy planning tools, etc.
• Partner with key stakeholders to provide leadership and counsel in the development and execution of strategic initiatives
• Adhere to CrownSAFE policy, procedures and systems relating to health and safety.
The following criteria will be considered when reviewing applicants:
• Proven history in Customer strategy, customer experience and marketing, managing significant customer bases with a record of growth and financial returns to the business
• Background in advertising and/or customer innovation preferred
• Extensive experience and comprehensive understanding and application of the fundamentals of database marketing
• Ability to manage conflicting demands and requirements from stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial nature and demonstrated experience in product evolution and diversification to the benefit of both the organisation and customer base
• Experience in strategy development and business planning
• Strong computer skills with a sound knowledge of business databases and reporting tools and MS Office suite of products
