What you’ll do
Help lead the execution of initiatives, and work with stakeholders to resolve any potential problems.
Input to the solution design of all projects to ensure suitability for the operational environment and the optimum customer experience.
Successfully complete manual user acceptance testing for each project and flag any potential defects with the project team.
Complete website configuration updates and changes as required by the business. Collaborate and work within an agile framework
What you’ll bring
Previous experience working with web and app development teams
SQL queries and data sets
Training end users on new features and functionality
Content Management Systems (CMS)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript desirable Manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
