What you'll do
- Help lead the execution of initiatives, and work with stakeholders to resolve any potential problems.
- Input to the solution design of all projects to ensure suitability for the operational environment and the optimum customer experience.
- Successfully complete manual user acceptance testing for each project and flag any potential defects with the project team.
- Complete website configuration updates and changes as required by the business.
- Collaborate and work within an agile framework
- Previous experience working with web and app development teams
- SQL queries and data sets
- Training end users on new features and functionality
- Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript desirable
- Manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
