We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Operator for ongoing work in the Perth Metro area. This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team, Previous machine operating experience on Rollers or Skid Steer will be highly regarded. As a key member of the specialist crew, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of various road construction and maintenance projects. This position is ideal for those looking for the stability of consistent hours, career progression and the opportunity work within a great team.
Requirements:
- WA Driver's License - MR or higher minimum
- Own Transport
- Hold a White Card, (valid in WA)
- Be able to pass Drug and Alcohol
- Willing to work day and night shifts as required
Experience :
- Previous experience within the Asphalt Industry
- Duties will include - Raking & Shovelling, with Manual Labour, Cleaning equipment, safely Operate machinery.
- Experience in operating asphalt machinery including compactor & pedestrian roller.
- Surface preparation and asphalt placement
- You will be required to have experience working in a team environment, with great communication skills, a can do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Carpark and road repair, residential driveway construction
- Not an essential requirement, however experience operating a skid steer an advantage
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Arrive on site looking presentable. Uniforms provided
