A guardrail installer plays a crucial role in road safety by ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of roadside safety barriers. These barriers are designed to protect drivers and passengers from potential hazards, preventing vehicles from veering off the road or colliding with obstacles. As a guardrail installer, you will be responsible for setting up and assembling safety barrier systems, signage, and acoustic sound barriers in compliance with industry specifications and standards.
We are offering casual positions with the potential to transition into full time for the right candidate.

✔️ Fencing/Barrier Installation Experience (desired)
✔️ Construction Industry General Safety Induction Blue/White Card
✔️ Flexibility to work away from home for up to 2-3 weeks at a time on a regular basis
✔️ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
✔️ Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure with minimal supervision
✔️ Proven maturity, daily work ethic, and dedication to safety
✔️ Knowledge of workplace safety, environmental, and quality assurance procedures
✔️ Familiarity with the safe operation of basic hand and power tools
✔️ Proficiency in plant & equipment operation and maintenance
✔️ Logical thinking skills for effective problem-solving
To be truly exceptional, you'll bring a MR driving license, First Aid Ticket, and a genuine passion for continuous learning and teamwork.
