ABOUT THE ROLE - An exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced Service Advisor reporting to the Service Manager. This position will be responsible for end to end customer engagement including; greeting and serving service customers, creating book-ins, costing, invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, updating database and paperwork etc. This position will integrate with the workshop through the Workshop Controller and Service Manager.
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;
- Provide a professional and respectful service to all customers
- Scheduling service appointments and managing customer walk-ins
- Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately
- Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
- Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
- Selling Labour within guidelines
- Build strong relationships with service team
- MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE as Service Advisor, Prestige experience advantageous but not essential
- Must be proficient in using DMS systems
- Someone looking to move up to the next level in their career
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
- A strong communicator and approachable demeanour who takes ownership of the customer journey
- A positive mindset, willingness to work within a team and grow as a unit
- Customer first attitude
