Successful applicant must be able to manage professional relationships. Showing time management skills and high motivation in problem solving, negotiation and prioritising is significant in this role.
If you are currently a commercial or residential property manager, this role may suit your skill base.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include:
· Chairing of Annual General Meetings
· Preparing Annual Budgets, Agendas, Minutes
· Attending to all Maintenance requests – Issuing Work Orders and Arranging Quotes
· Corresponding with Clients & Contractors
· Interpreting current legislation
