We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for an immediate start in our southern suburbs office.
We are keen to employ a person with strong hands on bookkeeping and accounting experience including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all data entry to trial balance stage at end of month as well as exposure to asset management. You will be joining our small administration team with flexibility around hours and days worked. Ideally, the successful applicant would work 30 hours per week over 4 days per week. Hours can be flexible to work around school hours.
Attributes required to be considered for this role:
- MYOB AR and Xero experience essential including
- data entry for all accounts payable/receivable
- payroll for 15 employees
- bank reconciliations using bank feed
- regular updates to Director re payables/receivables
- bookkeeping for 3 small business entities
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of MEX would be advantageous.
- Great communication Skills.
