Experienced Bookkeeper

Innovative Accounting & Tax was established in 2011 and we have a freshly renovated office in beautiful Kalamunda overlooking Stirk Park.

As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a self motivated and Experienced Bookkeeper to work within our bookkeeping section.

• This is a office based job, don't apply if you are not living in Perth.
• This job is suitable for a experienced Xero bookkeeper looking to join a highly driven, motivated team in a busy office.
• Bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients.
• Assisting accountants with data entry / spreadsheets.
• Accounts payable / data entry / reconciliation 
• Accounts receivable / data entry / reconciliation 
• Reconciling bank, credit card and general ledger accounts 
• Payroll/Timesheet data entry 
• Workcover Administration
• Superannuation reporting
• Complete end of month statements 
• STP Finalisations
• TPAR Reporting obligations
• Administration tasks to support the team as required.
