Monday-Friday Working HoursExperienced Chef!Join us as a Full-Time Experienced Pastry Chef and lead our growing pastry department.Your role involves? understanding market trends, customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and continually refining dishes through testing and adjustments.? Leading and Managing the Output and Quality of the Pastry Department.? Preparing and cooking food? Coordinating with branches and other operations to ensure the high quality and appropriate quantity of products.? Supervising and Managing Staff? Cost control, budget management, and strategies for improving efficiency? Establishing methods of preparation, portion control, monitoring the timeliness of food delivery, and garnishing? Ensuring all food products are ordered to standard levels and adjusting based on business volumes.? Culinary degree or equivalent certification
