Dear Chef Applicant,
We are currently seeking a proficient Chef to cook lunch and dinner for our small bespoke and sustainable Cruise Boat traveling through the Kimberley, Western Australia.
Our swings typically last 24-27 days. Your responsibility will be to prepare delicious and healthy meals for 22 guests and 6 crew members. We are looking for a chef with experience using he Meez App or similar as a tool for ordering, stocktaking and menue. We generally operate with a 14 day rotating menu - having said that you will make every dish your own.
While we are not a five-star luxury restaurant, we take pride in serving delicious, nutritious food. We cater to vegetarians and accommodate any other dietary requirements. Additionally, we provide a continental breakfast and often offer a healthy muffin or snack for morning tea. Your days are typically 12 hours long with breaks and the chance to go ashore or experience the Kimberley with our guests,
We are looking for a happy, uncomplicated chef who loves cooking and managing her own kitchen. We are a small staff where everyone has each other's back, and it's important that you are a people person, also wanting to interact with the guests.
