We have an opportunity for an Experienced Client Services officer to join our team supporting our team of Financial Advisers. Day to day, you will support our Advisers and ensure that team workflow is managed efficiently. Our office is located in the vibrant South Yarra, a 250m walk from South Yarra train Station.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and updating of regulatory documents including, Fee Disclosure Statements, Renewal Notices and Fee Consents (Maintain accurate data and records)
- Appointment setting for advisers – client reviews
- Preparation of Client Data files and Portfolio report packs for adviser review meetings
- Assist with the maintenance of client records within CRM and preparation of required client advice and file notes
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers and other third parties
- Oversee the implementation of Advice
- Assist Advisers with client related tasks
- When required assist with preparation of basic statements of advice (SOA) and records of advice (ROA)
- Update Xplan with up-to-date client data
To be considered for this role you need to possess the following:
- Experience in a similar client service position within a financial planning firm
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Computer proficiency: Xplan experience is a must
- Organised and proactive work approach
- Proven ability to effectively manage & prioritise competing priorities
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
