Role Details:
Role: Team Contract Manager and Admin Assistant
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: Work from home or on the road, then in a local office in the near future.
Role responsibilities: This is an exciting role that provides flexibility in work location and an opportunity to grow within the company. We are a construction and real estate company. We are seeking a gregarious, motivated and happy team mate with experience in Real Estate Contract Management, office admin, organisation, some book keeping, organising onsite team members, trades, and materials as well as many other stake holders. Communicating with clients and with other suppliers, even doing some Xero bookkeeping, project management assistance and much more. Essentially keeping the wheels moving on all the important stuff. Happy to lend a hand, work hard and be extremely organised and diligent. A detailed knowledge of the Real estate industry, the construction and earthmoving industry and general contract law insight.
Our industry is fast moving, hectic but fun. A flare for a challenge and commitment to hard work is essential.
We delicatelt balance the relationship between clients, contractors, property professionals and staff daily. It is essential that applicants understand these sorts of dynamaics and have proven track records of liaising and managing such relationships to enable succesful delivery of our processes.
