- Responsible for organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating business/strategic and / or ICT projects as assigned within the Portfolio
- Develop and manage the schedule, risks, benefits, scope, resources and finances of the project/s
- Coordinate and lead resources assigned to the projects, including facilitating working groups, project boards and governance forums
- Establish and develop meaningful working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure project objectives continue to meet strategic actions
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and updates into the project governance and the EPMO
- Maintain project documentation and quality assurance across project deliverables
- Certification or Qualifications in Prince2, PMBOK, or Managing Successful Programs or
- Cert IV / Diploma in Project Management
- P3 (Portfolio, Program, Project) Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years in similar role (eg Project Manager; Delivery Manager/Lead)
- Experience in the delivery of both business / strategic and IT projects and programs of work
- Advanced experience using MS Project, MS Visio, Office 365, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and relationship / stakeholder management
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High quality reporting and presentation material developmentExperience in projects that influence and benefit workforce allocation to create efficiencies; experience in projects with digitisation drivers; and experience in projects that deliver uplift in customer service delivery
