Experienced Cook Or Chef

Experienced Cook/ChefHours: 25-35 hours per week

Location: Launceston CBD restaurant 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Burgers and sides to our standards 
• Work all kitchen stations, including grilling, frying, assembling, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine menu items
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Opportunity to work catering and events in our food truck 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong cooking skills with a emphasis on speed
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed
