Qualified Chef or Cook

Dodges Ferry Hotel is seeking a Cook or qualified chef to join our busy team. This position has been created due to continual growth and a permanent position is an option for the right candidate. Must have a great work ethic and be able to excel as part of a small team in a high paced environment..

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings & weekends
• Experience in a similar role
• Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure

Full time or Part time position depending on the candidate. This position includes both weekend and night work.

This position will allow you to build experience in a commercial kitchen. We are seeking someone who is reliable, energetic, hygienic, quick on their feet and can work under pressure!

Kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

• Clean and maintain all facets of the kitchen
• Help prepare and cook dishes while training to be a qualified chef
