We are more than a general dental practice - providing a great range of dental services for our patients, including root canal treatment, orthodontics, surgical extractions, periodontal treatment and dental implants.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic dental office environment? We are currently seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist. This unique position offers the opportunity to utilise both clinical and administrative skills, with flexibility in responsibilities.

A snapshot of the position

• Assist dentists and oral health therapists in all aspects of general and implant dentistry;
• Patient care and management;
• Sterilising and instrument processes;
• Maintain a clean and healthy clinical environment;
• Room preparation;
• Collaborate closely with clinical team;
• Answer patient queries both on the phone and in person;
• Greet patients upon arrival and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit;
• Process patient accounts

Are you the right person for this role?

• Previous experience is essential;
• Reception experience
• Computer savvy - experience with D4W an absolute bonus! 
• Friendly and positive attitude;
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills;
• High attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively;
• A team player
