**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare a variety of breads including potato buns, rolls, focaccia, and rosette breads.
- Maintain high standards in food hygiene, quality, and freshness.
- Work collaboratively with the baking team to meet production goals and uphold our reputation for outstanding baked goods.
- Contribute to menu development and the introduction of new products.
- Operate and maintain all bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that all products are made to specification, and handle any special customer requests with professionalism and care.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Baker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in bread making, particularly with the types of breads mentioned.
- A thorough understanding of baking techniques and standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to support and work cohesively with fellow team members.
- Commitment to cleanliness and kitchen safety.
- Culinary school diploma, certification in baking and pastry arts, or equivalent experience preferred.
