- Hiring, training and dismissal of both front of house and kitchen staff
- Rostering and scheduling of staff
- Coordinating events and functions within the restaurant
- Ordering, receiving, rotating & controlling stock
- Ensuring WHS and OH&S is adhered to and maintained
- Monitoring customer service and ensuring a high level of service is maintained
- Conduct performance reviews and monitor staff performance
- Implement and monitor sales targets, review target performance with staff
- Develop business plan and monitor profits
- Monitoring wage and cost of good sold percentages
- Creating new drink specials updating the wine and beverage list
- Communicating with the head chef with regard to menu planning
- Running daily services, cashing up and resolving conflict with staff or customerswe will provide:

- two days off per weekThis is a full time role with an annual salary range between $70,000 to $80,000
