iScape Garden Experts provides professional lawn mowing, garden maintenance and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients. We mainly operate in Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding rural areas.

The Opportunity

iScape Garden Experts is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Gardeners to join our growing team. As a gardener with us, you will be responsible for a variety of garden maintenance and landscaping tasks. We have several casual positions to fill with an average of 20-30 hours per week.

• Award rates – We pay rates as per the Gardening and Landscaping Services Award, depending on your experience and age, you earn $25 to $35 per hour (plus superannuation).

Key Responsibilities

• perform garden maintenance tasks, such as mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, planting, and pruning 
• safely operate and maintain a range of machinery, including ride-on mower, push mower, whipper snipper, blower, chainsaw, and other equipment
• apply plant maintenance knowledge
• install, monitor and maintain irrigation systems
• perform weed control
• carry out general cleaning duties as required
• apply work health safety practices

Essential

• garden maintenance experience 
• experience with garden machinery, such as ride-on mower, push mower, whipper snipper, blower and chainsaw
• experience in installing, monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems
• ability to carry out physical tasks and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
• ability to provide a high standard of work
• problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• current manual driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• qualification in horticulture highly valued
• suitable working rights
