iScape Garden Experts provides professional lawn mowing, garden maintenance and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients. We mainly operate in Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding rural areas.
The Opportunity
iScape Garden Experts is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener/Landscaper to join our growing team. Working with us, you will be responsible for a variety of garden maintenance and landscaping tasks.
The position is ongoingfull-time with an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and opportunity to work overtime.

- Award rates – We pay above award rates as per the Gardening and Landscaping Services Award, you earn $61,400 a year (including Superannuation of 11%).

Key Responsibilities:
- perform garden maintenance tasks, such as mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, planting, and pruning
- safely operate and maintain a range of machinery, including ride-on mower, push mower, whipper snipper, blower, chainsaw, and other equipment
- apply plant maintenance knowledge
- install, monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- carry out general cleaning duties as required
- perform weed control
- apply work health safety practices
Essential:
- experience in garden maintenance/landscaping of at least 2 years
- experience with garden machinery, such as ride-on mower, push mower, whipper snipper, blower, chainsaw
- experience in installing, monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems
- ability to carry out physical tasks and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- ability to provide a high standard of work
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- current manual driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Horticulture qualification preferred
- suitable working rights
