Position: Full Time Lash & Brows Artist

Role Description: 

As a crucial member of our team, you will:

• Deliver exceptional Brow shaping, Lash Extension services, Eyebrows Lamination, Lash Lifts & Tint, Henna Brows & Hybrid dye tint and Skin Facial services.
• Engage in retail sales, showcasing your expertise in the beauty industry.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of salon presentation and hygiene.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced (Minimum 2 years in a similar role).
• Qualified (Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
• Customer-focused, with stellar service skills.
• Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Eager to learn and grow within the beauty industry..
• Retail sales experience. Exposure to beauty industry highly regarded.
• Client retention and satisfaction
• Full rights to work in Australia
• Reception duties
• Housekeeping and maintenance of the salon
