Position Summary:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role is to create opportunities with Hospitals in Sydney using your network to forge relationships and connect talented Doctors to the client.
This role is truly unique and requires a focused high performing recruiter to build a team in your model. This is a fast-track route to become a manager of a recruitment company and be one of the founders of a high performing and highly respected recruitment agency.
Duties:
- End-to-end recruitment with Hospitals & Doctors.
- Strong client facing skills
- Due diligence and compliance on the Doctors
- Highly motivated strategic thinker
- The ability to build a team of consultants.
- The desire to manage and develop a team.
- A strong network or the motivation to create a network.
- Strong experience of Seek and LinkedIn
- Solid interview skills and the ability to mentor hiring managers during the recruitment process.
- Build solid candidate experience.
- Be part of a high energy, fun and successful team
- Years of experience in a locum agency or working in the locum arena
- Strong communication skill
- Experience in the proficient use of social media, professional networking platforms and job boards
