AddressTop Health Doctors Greenslopes is an established GP and skin cancer clinic located in Greenslopes Mall, Greenslopes.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.
Duties;
- Manage greeting, registration and departure of patients
- Deliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.
- Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure accurate billing and receipting for patient services
Skills & experience;
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience preferred but not required.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Computer literacy and ability
- proven multitasking, problem solving and time management
- Accurate data entry and communication skills
- Can do attitude

Pay rate; $30 per hour casual - negotiable as per level of experience, 16-24 hrs per week plus leave/sick cover and a share in Saturday morning clinics.
