The Roles*
We are looking for two experienced medical receptionist to join our administration team.
First position
2-3 days per week (weekdays only)
Second position
2-3 days a week (including Saturday AND Sunday)

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently and within a small team, show initiative and flexibility, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)
- Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner.
- Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results
- All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required.
- Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required.
- Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
