The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Production Co-ordinator to join our Integrated Marketing team based in Preston.  This is a key client administration role working with a fast paced retail giant.

The role will be responsible for managing the production of multichannel marketing solutions on behalf of the client management team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Day to day interaction with Account Service team
• Maintaining and updating IM MIS systems
• Production and project management
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are managed through to completion
• Attending regular meetings with internal stakeholders regarding the process of jobs in production

To be considered for the role, applicants must:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years Administration experience 
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Excel & Sharepoint 
• Be a permanent resident of Australia
