Experienced Property Manager

The position is full time Monday to Friday located at our fast-paced Fairfield Heights Office.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Manage a portfolio
- Offering exceptional communication to landlords and tenants
- Working alongside the leasing and new business team
- New lease Executions and Lease renewals
- Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections
- Arrears Management
- Management of Repairs and Maintenance
- Electronic Filing of Communication
Key Attributes:
- Real Estate Licence (Mandatory)
- Minimum of Three Years Demonstrated experience in Property Management
- Advanced Use of PropertyMe
- Own Vehicle and current drivers licence
- NCAT Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Skills in liaising with different types of people and personalities and managing conflict resolution in a calm, professional and productive manner
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking appointments and excellent time management
- Immaculate personal presentation
