Here's the gist of it..
- Manage your very own portfolio of 115 properties based in Central Gold Coast - You'll be responsible for ensuring that your owners and tenants are happy, assisting them with their investing and renting needs every step of the way and helping them problem-solve whenever needed
- Work with an agency who promote people internally when they see opportunities arise and can see that it's time for you to be challenged and to GROW.

- Routines support
- No trust accounting and No leasing!
- Company car use during office hours
- Monday to Friday - No weekends!!
- You will need to hold your current driver’s license and current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are necessary for your success in this role
- You will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management managing your own portfolio effectively
