Job Responsibilities:
Attending to clients on-site appointments.
Answering all incoming phone calls.
Navigating the clients onboarding journey using Zoho.
Filing, scanning and copying.
Being the first point of contact for our clients.
Open/ Closing files in Actionstep.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working as a receptionist ideally with legal industry experience.
Proficiency in utilising CRM programs.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and alignment with our core company values.
