About the role:
- Candidate interviews and inductions
- Client/WHS visits and reporting
- Ad placements through various means
- Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV's
- Building a talent pool
- Client Onboarding and site inductions
- Building strong client and candidate relationships
- Experience in building remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Sound administration skills with an eye for detail
- Experience using Microsoft suite and good computer literacy
- Can-do attitude and eagerness to take on/learn new tasks
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ideally have previous experience in recruitment role working in a fast-paced environment but not essential
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence
