It is against this backdrop that we have an opportunity for an Organisational Development Consultant to join our team.This role would suit someone early in their OD career who has some applied know-how in HR / OD project management. We could also consider a more experienced person at a 0.8 FTE. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Capability, you will play a key role in scoping, planning and delivering our existing program of People & Culture projects.
