AddressDue to rapid growth within our business, Howell Property Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager, to manage and oversee a portfolio of properties. The role is on a full-time basis working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, based in our George Town Office and servicing the surrounding areas.

Established in 2019, Howell Property Group was born out of a desire for Director, Andy Howell to create a niche real estate business that could assist with all facets of property transactions, both commercial & residential in both sales & leasing, without compromising communication and performance, providing its clients with a professional and comprehensive property service with a holistic solutions-based approach.
Your Skills.
- Fully qualified, minimum 2 years experience as a Residential Property Manager
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices
- Experience using relevant Real Estate Systems (CRMs, Management Software) preferred, but not essential
- Reliable & honest with an attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise & multitask
- Great interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Initiative & problem-solving ability
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
- Strong command of grammar (both verbal & written)
- Adept with technology and new software (with training)

We are thrilled to have recently purchased a well-established Agency in the George Town area, and are looking for our next Property Management expert to join the team in providing a high level of quality service to our Clients in George Town & the North East.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Property Management and Leasing tasks of a Portfolio of Clients, with administration support and a supportive team behind you to help you achieve your goals.
