Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role within the team helping clients buy and sell properties in the sought after Eastern Suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading agency and be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals with an excellent office culture and supportive team environment allowing you to take your sales career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients
- Prospect and generate leads.
- Assist private inspections and open houses
- Assist in negotiating offers and contracts on behalf of clients
- Work closely with top performers to develop your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
- Valid real estate license/certificate of registration
- 6-12 months + in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent energy and a desire to succeed in real estate
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the Eastern Beaches real estate market is a plus
- Salary or Debit/Credit on offer + commissions, huge earning potential
